The full programme for this year's Glasgow Film Festival was revealed today. The festival, which will run between 21 February and 4 March and incorporate the ever-popular Glasgow Frightfest, is set to open with the première of Wes Anderson's eagerly anticipated Isle Of Dogs. It will include 13 world and European premières in all and a number of high profile guests are expected to attend, including Bill Pullman, David Tennant, Lynne Ramsay, Ben Wheatley, Karen Gillan and Paddy Considine.

"The Glasgow Film Festival team has once again produced an outstanding programme. Each year they push the boundaries that little bit more with imaginative locations for the pop-up screenings, championing local talent both in front and behind the camera as well as premiering new work from over 50 countries around the world," said VisitScotland director of events Paul Bush.

The festival is well known for its special events and this year will be no different. Attendees can watch Clueless or Gregory's Girl before enjoying a school disco, go bowling with The Big Lebowski, travel to a recreated Nakatomi Plaza for a special screening of Die Hard or visit a special bed and breakfast bar to watch Groundhog Day at the same time on every single day of the festival.

Highlights of the main programme include Harry Dean Stanton's lyrical final film Lucky, award-winning animation The Breadwinner and Todd Haynes' New York fable Wonderstruck. As usual, there's something for all ages - younger viewers can look forward to The Big Bad Fox And Other Tales and Mary And The Witch's Flower.

As usual, we'll be bringing you extensive coverage here at Eye For Film.
